Giving back to the community

Pragmatiq is proud to support a variety of local charities and organisations through different initiatives. For 2025, we’re continuing our partnership with Ride High, our Charity of the Year, which helps disadvantaged children through equine therapy. We regularly organise fundraising activities for Ride High and other charitable causes and encourage our team to get involved.

Sales Director

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue throughout the organisation, through a variety of different avenues. You will be a key part of the senior team and whilst the core responsibility will be around developing new and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth & profitability, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business will also be a key part of the role.

Head of People

As Head of People, you will lead Pragmatiq’s people strategy, driving a positive culture and supporting business growth. With a strong foundation already in place, your role is to build on existing policies, drive improvements, and champion employee development. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on HR expertise to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring Pragmatiq’s continued success.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue throughout the organisation, through a variety of different avenues. The core responsibility involves developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones to drive revenue growth & profitability. A key focus will be on delivering exceptional service to clients, fostering long-term client relationships and exceeding targets This is a results-orientated role, leading a hands-on client-facing sales function whilst working collaboratively with the wider business.

Solution Architect

The Solution Architect will be responsible for taking the overall lead on our client projects from a technical design and delivery perspective. You will be working with our clients’ key stakeholders to further develop and enhance their solutions and working closely in directing the Pragmatiq delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining client software solutions.
