Step 1: Scoping

Step 2: Initiation

With scoping complete, we move into project initiation, where we finalise the plan, set up project management tools, and define communication channels. A project kick-off meeting aligns all stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands the process, expectations, and next steps. 

Step 3: Workstreams

To keep the project structured, we break it down into workstreams. Each workstream follows an iterative process to ensure ongoing collaboration and refinement: 

  • Analysis & Design Workshops: We work closely with your team to dive deeper into requirements, map processes, and finalise key functionality. 
  • Configuration & Customisation: We configure the system to match your needs, incorporating custom elements where necessary. 
  • Solution Playback Reviews: You’ll regularly review the solution in progress, providing feedback to ensure it aligns with expectations. 

At the end of each stream, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is conducted, allowing your team to test and validate the solution before full deployment. Any outstanding tasks then get added to the overall punchlist for the project. 

Step 4: Deployment

Before go-live, we conduct rigorous testing and provide tailored training to ensure a smooth transition. The final steps involve configuring the live system, migrating data, and launching the solution with a dedicated hyper-care period for hands-on support. 

Step 5: Managed Service

Beyond go-live, we offer Managed Service to support your team, handle system updates, provide training, and implement enhancements as your business evolves.
