Microsoft has announced that Microsoft Flows has now rebranded as Power Automate.
This name change means the application will align better with the rest of the Power Platform; Power BI and Power Platform. Alongside this, it will also be picking up new features accordingly, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Power Virtual Agents. For more information about Power Automate, check out our page here. If you are unfamiliar with Microsoft Power Automate, it enables businesses to automate routine processes and tasks. These automated workflows are referred to as ‘flows’ and they begin with a ‘trigger’, a pre-defined event that then triggers a response.
In our blog post ‘7 processes you should automate using Microsoft Power Automate’ we take a look at common processes that can be automated within your organisation, using existing templates.
For a more in-depth look at the benefits of the tool, you can check out our article ‘Benefits and Uses of Power Automate’.
